Ignoring the structure of the source system. Even the source system is MDM?

Can we ignore columns from source, if they are not valuable to me for reporting?

Thanks Christopher, what if the source system is JSON, which contains all OLTP information, for which it is very difficult to be directly translated into Data Vault, what is our approach in this case?

what is the correct DV artifact to track a relationship changing and then reverting back. Reversal will not be captured in the LINK SAT since it will have a HASHDIFF that already exists.
